Clubhouse Venue Hire

If you are looking for a versatile space with large windows and flexibility to cater for social, corporate or formal events, check out the STATC clubhouse. Recently upgraded, this intimate room offers a blank canvas, to create any environment required to suit your purpose. This room has the ability to be transformed into an ambient atmosphere for a range of events and the wall of windows offers great views of STATC’s courts.

Available for both one off or long term hire, this carpeted room with kitchen and bathroom facilities would be suitable for lunches, corporate functions, meetings, PT training or Yoga classes to name a few.

Features of this outstanding room are:

  • Seating up to 30 guests

  • Standing functions up to 50 guests

  • Carpeted and tiled floors

HIRE COSTS

We will be able to provide hire costs based on individual requirements. A guide to hire costs is:

  • Hire fee plus bond will be required and refunded post event.

  • Cleaning fees post event will apply - dependent on event.

  • Court hire - based on the number of courts booked and the length of booking time.

Alcohol can be consumed on site with a BYO licence - this must be obtained by the hirer and a copy provided to the club prior to the booking.

The club-house contains a kitchen including oven, fridge/freezer, male & female bathrooms.
